School Staff Training

       (LEVEL 1 & 2)

This page is designed to introduce the general knowledge of diabetes mellitus to any person who works at a school with one or more students with diabetes mellitus.   Our goal is to increase the knowledge of basic diabetes management such as the recognition of emergency situations.  We also aim to decrease certain misunderstandings and stigmas of diabetes mellitus in children.  Please complete the short pre-test before reviewing the video and then complete the post-test after reviewing all videos.  The test is anonymous and the score will be used to determine the effectiveness of our educational materials.
